Vegetable Korma Recipe

Another way to use assorted vegetables is in an Indian Korma. You can Google Korma to find recipes — just find a sauce that appeals to you and put in whatever root veggies you have on hand: turnips, sweet potatoes, Jerusalem Artichokes, even radishes. You can also add chicken. Serve it over Basamati rice topped with a wilted green vegetable.
