Radishes and radish tops

Member Nancy found a recipe that calls for thinly sliced radishes to be sauteed in butter and garlic till almost soft.  Then add the cleaned and chopped radish greens at the last minute to the sauteed radishes….

She said it was really tasty (but what isn’t tasty in garlic and butter?)!

  1. That is completely accurate–snails taste good in garlic and butter.

But I do LOVE radishes. I eat them raw with maybe a little salt. My bf had apparently never had a radish-at least alone in all its red splendor–until the other day. How could someone never gnaw on its awesome crunchiness?!?
