Last week was another interesting week for our farm, with weather cool, lots of rain and even hail. We are looking forward to this week where we are expecting a break in weather. We will finally be able to get green beans, winter squash, and more successions of beets, carrots, baby lettuce, watermelon, summer squash, another round of basil since the 1st got killed in the frost. Our field plants were set back, probably about a week by the hail storm. But the ground is finally drying out, and the temperature staying warmer, so we are looking forward to a busy week outside.
