It’s looking good out here on the farm; we went through the last three nights, two of which were frosty in the morning, with minimum damage, just a little frost nip on some early tomatoes in the field, and some leaf damage to some early cucumbers in the smaller high tunnel. Now the long term forcast is looking good for aggressive planting, so we’ll be puting the rest of the tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, etc. out in the next week or two. In today’s harvest we have;
Arugula bunches (sorry for the mix-up last week you received mizuna instead of arugula)
Magenta Head Lettuce
Baby Lettuce mix
Strawberries from Arkansas again
Hope to see you at the farm potluck the 12th of May.
