Gorgeous Beet Apple Salad recipe

4-5 med beets cooked skinned and cut into large chuncks

1 large apple cut into large chunks- tart is good

1/4 cup onion


1 Tbl oil

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

11/4 cup hone

Toss beets, apples and onions in a bowl.  Mix dressing, pour over and toss, chill and serve about 5 people
