We are enjoying some of the beautiful fall radishes today, steamed. A great way to get kids interested in radishes, it takes the bite out of them. Always another plus, this is super easy!
Salt and pepper
Prepare radishes by washing and then chopping tops and roots off
Boil water in the bottom of a pan, place steam pan over, and steam for 12-15 minutes depending on the size.
Remove and pour the radishes in a bowl, pour pre melted butter over the radishes and add salt and pepper to taste! That’s it, smile and serve!
