Radishes; if you’re like me, and raw radishes are a bit spicy for your taste, try them saute’d with butter! We discovered this one winter when we had way too many radishes, and it’s become one of the standards on our table in the spring. It kills the spicyness, but leaves the juicy sweetness.
Head Lettuce, either Red Sails or Tango, both of which are large, loose head varieties
Baby Salad Mix; an all lettuce mix this week, which has lots of sweetness and flavor.
Red Russian Kale
Knob Onions (something between a green onion and a bulb onion)
Choice of dill or mint
