Latitude 37- when Curtis and I lived in Taos one of our favorite restaurants was this amazing funky place way out in the country with amazing food called Latitude 37.  I fell in love with a spinach apple bacon blue cheese salad they made, so I have recreated the taste combo for pizza!

  • Applesauce, kale, bacon, Apples with Mozzarella (if you want veggie just let us know)

Balsamic Veggies

  • Balsamic roasted yellow and zucchini squash, red onions, bell peppers, Willow Mt.  Mushrooms with Olive oil and Mozzarella

Classic Cheese

  • done Millsap Farm style on homemade crust with homemade red sauce

Meat Master

  • Ham, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Bacon, with our homemade sauce, Pepper Jack and Mozzarella
