This Week at Millsap Farm

How about that warm weather and sunshine last week? Our plants sure enjoyed it, we hope you did as well. Spring is inching closer so things have been revving up around here. We have been putting a lot of seeds into soil blocks, as well as the field. To host our many trays of seedlings we also extended our seedling table, a process which took about three weeks to complete. Along with that construction we have been remodeling our farmstand in order to make a pleasing environment for our CSA pickup. Pictures will be posted soon to the blog, so check in often!

We are currently enrolling for our Summer 2014 CSA, so if you haven’t signed up already please call Curtis at 417-839-0847. Also, be sure to tell all of your friends about the joy of getting beautiful seasonal produce every week! Information regarding the Summer 2014 CSA as well as a gallery of what will be available can be found here.
