Ginger Cabbage Salad


Chinese Cabbage: grated, or sliced thin

2-3 Carrots grated

Apple- cut in French sticks

Turnips- optional, grated


1 Tablespoon ginger- zest

1/3 cup Mayo

A splash of Sriracha hot sauce

1tsp apple cider vinegar

1tsp Braggs Amino Acid or soy sauce

Juice of ½ Lemon

Pepper and salt to taste


Sriracha Slaw

  1. Rinse carrots, apples and turnips   
  2. Shred cabbage, carrots and turnip
  3. Core and cut apples
  4. For Dressing mix mayo, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar, Braggs Amino Acids, lemon juice, and ginger.
  5.  Add salt and pepper to taste
  6.  Toss over salad and serve!
