Here is what we are making tonight for our first Thursday night wood-fired Pizza Night.  We make 4 types every week:

Shaved Asparagus and Mushroom with Three Cheese

A Taco Pizza with a green chili salsa, queso fresco cheese blend, taco beef, avocados, black olives, spinach, tomatoes, and topped cilantro 

Spinach and Mozzarella Pie- with Millsap Farm red sauce, our spinach, green garlic, mozzarella and parmesan

The Classic- Millsap Farm Red Sauce with Cheese 

Our friends Melinda says “These farm-fresh pizzas are mmmm mmmm good, and the food is only part of the Thursday night experience throughout the Spring and Summer at Millsap Farms. Music is made, also, and this season kicks off with Dallas Jones. Just a short drive north of town, where the produce is plentiful and the smiles filled with pizza.”
